Fruit from the Parcel 17 vineyard in Salt Springs Valley. This Spanish blend of Mazuelo, Monastrell, and Graciano is all harvested at the same time and co-fermented. Aged 30 months in 30% new French oak. Aromas of red berries and spice. Flavors of cherry and raspberry and a hint of orange zest. Always a favorite with tapas.
