Fruit from Broll Mountain in Murphys, twenty four months French Oak. Our first time working with Broll Mountain fruit, and we are very excited about this Cabernet. Aromas of French Oak, dried cherries, and clove. Big tannins with dried cherry medium body. The finish is huge, drinks like Napa Cabernet. We love this wine. Perhaps our best effort at Cabernet to date.
