Estate grown fruit from our Tyee vineyard.  Aged 30 months in 33% new heavy toast American oak.  
Spicy fruit aromas of blackberry and bacon.  Rich flavors of plum and black cherry with hints of anise.  Soft and fruit with a long finish. Pairs well with anything off the barbeque.
