Harvested from our Estate “Tyee” Vineyard.  Hints of American oak and blackberry pie.  The mouthfeel is rich.  This is a big red chunky Syrah!  Flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and ripe fruit.  Big finish.  Smoked bacon wrapped Filet Mignon would be the perfect pairing.
