The Beckman Vineyard is the only vineyard we’ve worked with that is larger than our Estate vineyard. In 1997, Matt Hatcher helped Al Beckman pick and make wine at his vineyard. The current owner, Mike Helwig, has done a fantastic job with the beautiful vineyard. Hints of coffee, cocoa and sweet vanilla from the American oak. The color is a nice red, not too dark. The mouthfeel is bright. Bing cherry, raspberry and light tannins finish this traditional Zinfandel. Pork chops on the BBQ
