These Cabernet Franc grapes were planted specifically for our winery 7 years ago. The vineyard is located near Lake Melones and is owned by the Grant Family.  Aromas of cooked blackberries and dry cut hay, with subtle hints of oak.  The mouth feel is dry with medium tannins.  Flavors of plum, anise, and clove.  The finish is full body with the help of some Malbec.  This wine has a lot going on.  Pair with a New York steak on the barbeque.  Go with the Kingsford Briquettes.  Old school.
